I am so happy to report that my book hit #1 on Amazon’s Women and Business Best Sellers!

I am having a difficult time finding the right words to express how grateful I feel for all of you, my loyal supporters. Many of you were by my side as I struggled to finish my book, Sheer Determination, and then during my big book launch you came through with your orders! What a thrill it was to see my book sandwiched between Sheryl Sandberg’s and Ivanka Trump’s on the Women and Business Best Sellers page!

One thing I really wanted to do was to connect and develop a relationship with all of my readers. Creating this strong association involves more than just written words on the pages of a book. To achieve my goal, I inserted six videos throughout the book to explain, in more detail, my heartfelt feelings about the events in those specific sections. I realize that my videos do not look and sound like those of a professional speaker, but I gave myself permission to do them anyway.

Also in my book, you will find three free downloadable gifts. I put these in to show my appreciation to readers. These gifts can be downloaded by using a QR Code app on your phone. The best thing is that you don’t have to be a technology geek to participate. I provide step-by-step instructions on how to use the QR codes and I hope you will step into the future with me and try it out. More than that, I hope you benefit from my gifts to you.

Some of you have been asking me if I’m planning to do a local book launch event and the answer is YES! Island Books will be hosting a gathering on May 18, 2017, from 5-7pm. Light refreshements will be served and I’ll be reading from my book and answering questions. I hope you can stop by and say hello so I can say “Thank you!” in person.
